Summary: I stayed a total of 3 nights, and each day I put the “maid service” tag on my door. I left a note on the bed with a tip asking for more face cloths (because they only gave me 1) and the cleaning people never came. I had to go to the front desk to get more towels each day. By the last day, I had run out of toilet paper, I had spilt food on my bedding and was hoping to have my linens changed, and had to ask the front desk on the final night if I could get my bed changed. I don’t know why they wouldn’t clean my room when I indicated “maid service” on the door each day. Poor service. Otherwise hotel is nice and beds are comfy. My ideal pick as it is close for business but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth to book again.
